COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

ePN Business Continuity During Coronavirus

As we enter these trying times related to the Coronavirus, ePN is faced with the same issues as you are- how to take care of our employees and meet the needs of our clients.  ePN plans to continue supporting your document recording needs during the current Coronavirus crisis.   Our servers and websites can be maintained and operated remotely if needed.  We plan to continue to have our website online for submission of documents.

Our support team is located in Minneapolis.  So far, the Twin Cities area has experienced limited exposure to the Coronavirus but we trying to be proactive with the assumption things will change in the near future.   If it does, we will have members of our support and operations team working from home.  If this transition occurs, we will request the preferred method of communication become email.

As you may have seen, some counties are closing or reducing operations.  As long as counties are open, ePN will continue to deliver documents to them.  If they close, we will not be able to get your documents recorded until the office reopens.  If you submit documents to ePN and the county is closed, we will maintain the submitted documents in a FIFO (first in, first out) order until they are received by the county.
